1. The service

thebikeping monitors the availability message for the Canyon product variant you submit and emails you when that message changes. The service is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Canyon Bicycles GmbH.

2. Using alerts

You must use an email address you are authorised to use and submit a valid Canyon link with a selected color and frame size. Monitoring starts after you confirm your email and ends when the bike becomes available, after 90 days, or when you stop it using the link in any email.

3. Free beta

The current beta is free. There is no payment, subscription charge, or automatic renewal.

4. Availability information

Alerts are provided on a best-effort basis and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. They are not a reservation or guarantee of stock. Purchases are made directly from Canyon, so always confirm the official product and delivery information before ordering.

5. Fair use and changes

Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorised access to the service. We may suspend abusive use and may change or discontinue the beta. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
